My stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Seoul was almost perfect with an excellent location and fantastic service from the staff. The executive lounge was a highlight with complimentary breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres, but I did notice some minor issues with room cleanliness during my time there. Overall, it was a comfortable visit with just a couple of things that could be improved.

My room was spacious and had both a bathtub and a shower, which I appreciated. However, I found the work desk to be a bit inadequate, as it only had a small round table next to a low window bench. Also, the air conditioning was hard to control, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

The service was great, from the front desk to the staff in the executive lounge. They were always friendly and went out of their way to help with my requests. Special shoutout to the staff for their speedy response times and for making me feel welcomed.

I loved the location of the hotel, right above the Express Bus Terminal and in close proximity to the luxurious Shinsegae Department Store. I could access plenty of dining options and shopping without much hassle. However, navigating through the large department store to get back to the hotel at night could be a bit tricky.
